Job Title: Sales Representative

Full-time with Wholesale Tree Farm

We are a well established wholesale tree farm seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow both small and large contractor accounts within the landscape and grower markets.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship based sales, understands the green industy in Arizona, and wants to be a part of a growing operation.  

Key Responsibilites

Manage existing contractor and grower accounts while developing new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with landscape contractors, nurseries, and growers

Provide product knowledge, availability updates, and pricing information to customers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Represent Desert Tree Farm professionally in person, by phone, text and via email

Qualifications:

Sales experience, preferably in the horticulture , agriculture or a related field

Knowledge of native Arizona plants and/or horticulture strongly preferred

Comfortable working with both small and large accounts

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
