Retirement will be opening up the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position Jan 1st 2027 at a family-owned nursery located in Phoenix. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in full charge bookkeeping duties including A/R, A/P, payroll, tax reporting, general ledger and financial statements. The job requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications along with experience using accounting software, CYMA preferred. Applicant needs strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills and to be a positive presence that works well with others. Must be self-motivated, and dependable.
