We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to
Join our nursery team. This position requires a hands-on person who can oversee office responsibilities while also learning and assisting with nursery operations.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the nursery office and handling customer orders
Coordinating and scheduling shipments through FedEx and other carriers
Organizing and planning deliveries using company trucks
Communicating with customers and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Learning and assisting with plant maintenance, care and propogation
Helping oversee daily nursery operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Basic computer skills
Basic knowledge in plants and horticulture and a willingness to learn.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Prior experience and knowledge of basic Spanish is a plus.
